Questions
Why is there no free plan?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial instead. Grafaris is only useful with your agent connected, and two weeks is enough to run the whole loop on a real product.
Do I pay for the AI?
Not to us. Grafaris runs no model. Your agent works on your own Claude, Codex or other subscription and talks to Grafaris over MCP.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your organisation becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Can I get a longer trial?
Yes. Share a success story and we extend it: 14 days on Starter, 1 month on Premium, 2 months on Team with 5 seats or more. See the stories page.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, up or down, from the billing tab of your organisation settings.
